Are these physical products?

No. Krofft Digital Works products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you.

What file format will I receive?

Current business templates are delivered as Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbooks unless a product listing states otherwise.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

Microsoft Excel is recommended for the best experience. Opening an Excel workbook in another spreadsheet program, including Google Sheets, can sometimes change formatting, formulas, charts, or other workbook features.

How do I receive my file?

After your payment is completed, Shopify’s digital delivery system provides access to the file attached to your purchase. You may receive access through the order-confirmation experience and/or by email.

What if I cannot find my download?

Check the email address used at checkout, including spam or junk folders. If you still cannot access the file, use the Contact page and include the email address used for your order and your order number if available.

Can I edit the templates?

The workbooks are designed to be used as working Excel files. Editable areas, formulas, dashboards, and features vary by product, so review the product description and preview images for details.

Will the template work on my phone?

You may be able to open Excel files on a mobile device, but these workbooks are best used on a desktop or laptop where the full spreadsheet layout and controls are easier to use.
