How your digital purchase works
Krofft Digital Works products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.
1. Choose your template
Review the product description, preview images, included features, and file information before purchasing.
2. Complete checkout
Add the product to your cart and complete payment through Shopify checkout.
3. Access your download
After payment is completed, Shopify’s digital delivery system provides access to the file attached to your order. Depending on the checkout and email-delivery experience, you may see a download link after purchase and/or receive one by email.
4. Save the file
Download the file to a location you can find again. For best results, keep the original file as a clean backup and save a separate working copy before entering your own business information.
5. Open it in Excel
Current Krofft Digital Works business templates are Excel (.xlsx) files. Microsoft Excel is recommended because other spreadsheet programs can change formatting, formulas, charts, or workbook behavior.
If your download does not appear
- Confirm that checkout completed successfully.
- Check the email address used during checkout.
- Check spam or junk folders.
- If you still cannot access the file, use the Contact page.
When contacting support, include your order number if available and the email address used at checkout so the order can be identified more quickly.
